Sad day, Law & Order fans: Dennis Farina has died.

The actor passed away earlier today in Arizona. Per his rep, the 69-year-old actor suffered a blood clot in his lung.

Law & Order mastermind Dick Wolf said in a statement that he was “stunned and saddened” over the news.

The former Chicago PD officer, Wolf said, “was a great guy.”
