Obviously, neither the actor nor anyone from the superhero-movie-churning studio walked out of the room feeling all loose-lipped about what was discussed, but given that Diesel did share the picture at right on his Facebook, speculation has turned to his potentially for-sure involvement in The Avengers 2.
And given his physique, the most popular guess is he will play Thanos, the villain teased at the end of the first come-together of Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Black Widow, Hawkeye, and The Hulk.
But I guess we will have to wait to find out for sure until Marvel’s panel at Comic-Con later this month. There’s a better than good chance lots of surprises and announcements from the Marvelverse will come then.
