And after a little more waiting, we finally met Baby Cambridge, Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge’s firstborn son.
The trio made its first public appearance outside St. Mary’s Hospital a few moments ago, around 7:15 p.m., London time.
After their quick visit with the world, during which William said the baby has Kate’s lips and, thankfully, way more hair than he does, the happy family left the hospital for Kensington Palace, with William placing his son in the car seat and driving home himself.
Welcome to the modern monarchy, yo.
Oh, btw, the prince said that they are still working on a name, and that he hopes we can all get back to normal now.
Good luck with that, kids. Now we want a pic that hot uncle of his holding the baby.
Mmm...Prince Harry, holding Baby Cambridge.
As if that guy needs any more help getting tail.
Oh, and in case you were wondering, Kate, looking a tad overwhelmed but ever gracious, wore a bespoke creme de chine Jenny Packham polka dot light blue dress for her public debut as a mum (polka dots...just like Princess Diana wore when William made his grand debut outside St. Mary’s 31 years ago).

Update 1: Hey, speaking of Diana, what if they name the baby Spencer? That would be a nice way to honor Wills’ mum.
Update 2: Click here for up-close pics of the new pride of Britain, y’all.
Update 3: And the baby’s name is...George Alexander Louis.
