At long last, and as teased at Comic-Con last month, Ariel will swim into the Storybrooke of TV’s Once Upon a Time this fall, in the form of JoAnna Garcia Swisher, whom you might remember from her stints on Reba and Privileged.
The actress will be introduced to the fantastical action on the sixth episode of the upcoming third season, an ep that will be Ariel-centric and faithful to the charm of the beloved character.
Ariel is expected to stick around for at least two eps.
