Much too much, if you ask me.
Sure, girlfriend took a detour into Character Actorville with a Cannes-adored turn in Melancholia, and played a bitch on heels in the little-seen Bachelorette, but that has been basically it from her in the last couple of years. That and On the Road.
Maybe that’s about to change, though.
Kiki is set to join Midnight Special, Jeff Nichols’ follow-up to Mud – which you must get to watching, btw!
Very little is known about the film except that it will star one of the directors favorite actors, Michael Shannon, and Joel Edgerton, and it will center on a father and son who are on the run, probably because the kid has some sort of special power.
Before we see her in that, the actress will have a cameo in this Christmas’ Anchorman: The Legend Continues.
