Katy Perry took to the streets of L.A. on Tuesday, to announce the release of what is widely believed to be her upcoming new album.

Via a gold-plated 18-wheeler!

Well, that’s different. Clever, too.

Prism, coming out Oct. 22, would be the singer’s third studio effort and the follow-up to her full-o’-hits Teenage Dream.

Btw, the truck is expected to get other cities soon, so be ready to tweet and/or Instagram your pics if you happen upon it. Perry is expecting you to holla back.
