Found on the Big Screen

Lost’s Rebecca Mader hasn’t wasted any time making her way to High Profileland.

The actress will follow up her turn in the upcoming George Clooney-Ewan McGregor movie The Men Who Stare at Goats with two additional big-screen projects.

In the rom-com Ceremony, Mader will play a married bridesmaid, who makes a pass at a young man (Will & Grace’s Michael Angarano) that crashes the wedding of an older woman (Uma Thurman) with whom he’s in love.

And in The Big Bang, Mader will play a hypochondriac meth addict who works at a medical center. Antonio Banderas will co-star as a private detective searching for a former stripper in a mystery connected (somehow) to a particle collider.

Although I will miss Mader on Lost next season, if she doesn’t make any more appearances unlike Ian Somerhalder, Elizabeth Mitchell & Co., I’m glad to see she’s keeping busy.
