The pair will share the screen in Prisoners, the story of a man (the Awesome Aussie) who takes matters into his own hands after he decides that thee detective (my Gyllen-yum) looking into the disappearance of his daughter and her best friend is moving slower than it should and that he is being much too cavalier about the situation.
Conflict, of course, arises, and the man will go down a rabbit hole that could ultimately cost him his soul.
Uh oh.
Prisoners co-stars Viola Davis, Maria Bello, Terrence Howard, Melissa Leo, and Paul Dano. It opens on Sept. 20.
