A stupendous cast led by Oscar winner Forest Whitaker in the titular role of Cecil Gaines – a man who worked at the White House over the course of eight administrations – will bring to life this most intriguing story of history in the making as seen through the eyes of a man who was meant to neither be seen nor heard.
