O Could Be Acting Agaaaiiinnn

Now that she
’s left daytime TV, Oprah Winfrey could start popping on movie screens again, on a more regular basis, beginning with a Lee Daniels movie.

The Precious director has confirmed O is in talks to co-star in The Butler, the story of a gentleman who worked at the White House under eight presidents from 1952 to 1986. Winfrey would play the man’s wife.

The project, based on the 2008 Washington Post story “A Butler Well Served By This Election,” has drawn the interest of John Cusack, who’s keen to play Richard Nixon, while Liam Neeson is circling the role of Lyndon B. Johnson.
