Evidently, R2 was attached to star in such a project until last week, but ever since director Juan Carlos Fresnadillo (28 Weeks Later) dropped out last fall (after staying on board for like, a year) – and no one was hired to replace him – Reynolds’ involvement became more and more iffy.
Until it became zip.
I guess the part of immortal Scottish warrior Connor MacLeod is up for grabs, men of Hollywood with a certain je ne sais quoi.
