Again.
The actress, who has had several projects in the works, or in the can, or announced, or done, nothing, and who has been but a small part of only a quite successful one (the Star Trek reboot), is giving it another go.
This time, though, she’s going at it as a leading lady – rightfully so...she’s an Oscar nominee a few times over, after all – in a Ron Howard-directed movie, previously called Cheaters, starring Vince Vaughn and Kevin James.
It seems Ryder is on the right track at long last.
She recently completed work on Darren Aronofsky’s upcoming Black Swan, which stars Natalie Portman, and she’ll next be seen in the in this month’s CBS miniseries When Love is Not Enough: The Lois Wilson Story, a period piece that depicts the story of the woman who co-founded Al-Anon.
