It’s time for People’s annual Most Beautiful issue, and who better to top the list for a fourth time than Hollywood’s prettiest woman, Julia Roberts.

Seriously, at 42, the actress remains America’s Sweetheart for many reasons, none more obvious than her gorgeous smile and contagious laugh.

Those who surround her – like BFF George Clooney – know this well.

“It has nothing to do with the way she looks,” he said of the Eat Pray Love star. “It has everything to do with who she is.”

I bet.
