So what, who cares? Plenty of people, I’m sure. Next to chatfest co-mastermind Barbara Walters, Behar was the one original member left on the panel. But with her contract ending in August, she was looking forward to finally moving on.
“It seemed like the right time,” said the comedian, adding that she is excited to focus and refocus on other projects, like a play she’s been writing and her stand-up comedy work.
