Daughter of Birdman

And then a hero comes along.

To make us laugh.

Yup...Birdman’s coming – and he will not be what you think it sounds like he will be.

21 Grams director Alejandro González Iñárritu is working on his first (dark) comedy, you see. The film is titled Birdman and features Michael Keaton as a star that has faded and is attempting to take flight once again with a play on Broadway.

Emma Stone – the great, funny, wonderful Ms. Stone – is going to play his troubled daughter.

In typical AGI fashion, Keaton and Stone will be sharing the screen with many, many stars, including Zach Galifianakis and Naomi Watts.

Edward Norton, too. He has signed on to antagonize Keaton.

Andrea Riseborough (W.E., the upcoming Oblivion) also has come on board.

OK, I’m interested!
