Downton Abbey stud Theo James (he was also in Underworld: Awakening) will be the one playing Four in Divergent, opposite Shailene Woodley.
The Brit will put to good use all his obvious brawn as the trainer (and love interest?) of Woodley’s Tris, the titular divergent who doesn’t fit into any of the groups into which people of a future dystopia are herded by an authoritarian government and who decides to lead a revolution.
Or som’in’ like that.
Kate Winslet, Jai Courtney, Zoë Kravitz, and Maggie Q are also on board.
Aaron Eckhart and Woodley’s Spectacular Now co-star Miles Teller are nearing deals to join the cast, too.
