What to Do, What to Do...

Robert Langdon is at it again.

Well, he will be this fall, when Tom Hanks reprises his signature franchise role in Inferno, his third – third! – outing as the Harvard symbologist.

Ron Howard directs yet another adventure based on the oeuvre of Dan Brown, and this one...this one promises usher in the end of humanity, lest Langdon – who is battling a case of amnesia, of all things – can manage to save us. Rogue One: A Star Wars Story’s Felicity Jones plays the series’ latest Langdon girl lady, Sienna Brooks, a doctor at an Italian hospital who helps him recover his memories just in time so he/they can stop a plague tied to Dante’s Inferno.

Check out the first teaser for the movie, which makes it super-clear the faith of man lies with Langdon.

Inferno – co-starring Ben Foster as a bioterrorist with a penchant for iconic Italian poetry, Life of Pi’s Irrfan Khan, and X-Men: Days of Future Past’s Omar Sy – opens on Oct. 28.
