The Knights of the Roundtable: King Arthur star has been tapped to headline a remake of the 1973 title, Papillon.
Danish helmer Michael Noer is set to direct the project, which will center on a man unjustly convicted of murder in 1930s France and sentenced to spend the rest of his life in a South American prison, where he meets a man who finances his escape in exchange for protection.
I foresee some shirtlessness....
