Lively is, nevertheless, starring in The Shallows this summer, a set-in-open-water thriller about a physically and, perhaps, emotionally injured surfer who gets stranded on a buoy out in the middle of the vast blue...with a great white shark blocking her way to shore and to safety.
The first teaser for the movie looked hella intense – so expectations are now high for the June 24 release.
Oh yes they are.
