Winnie the Pooh. Winnie the Pooh.
He didn’t just happen, you know. Someone thought of him.
And that someone was A. A. Milne.
Now Ex Machina’s Domhnall Gleeson is fixin’ to play Milne in Goodbye Christopher Robin, a chronicle of the rocky relationship between the British-born author and Robin, his son, which inspired his most favorite creation. (Pooh, in case you didn’t know, was named after the kid’s teddy bear.)
This has awards-season family fare written all over it, no?
