Ridley is thisclose to nabbing the starring role in the Abrams-produced fantasy drama Kolma that The Diary of a Teenage Girl’s Marielle Heller is already on board to direct.
The long-gestating project will revolve around a young woman who once was in a car accident that claimed her boyfriend. Decades later, upon dying she is given the opportunity to go back to that day and make it so she and her man can be reunited and, one would hope, live happily ever after.
What...a do-over.
