Kermit and Piggy Are Done, Too!

No one stays together. No one.

Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy announced today, during a Television Critics Association press tour panel, that they are done as a couple.

“Piggy and I have gone our separate way, romantically,” Kermit said while discussing The Muppets, their upcoming ABC show.

Aahhh! OK. Got it.

“It can be tough to work with your ex, especially if your ex is a pig,” he added, suggesting the two will remain professional.

For her part, Miss Piggy said, “It’s [all] good publicity. I’m glad we’re broken up. This is going to be great for moi’s stardom.”

Oh, Piggy.... Always thinking.
