We all know, we all see that Liam Neeson has presence, so this bit of casting news should not come as a surprise.
Neeson has landed a lead role in Operation Chromite, a Korean War drama about the Battle of Inchon. The Taken star will play five-star Gen. Douglas MacArthur.
FYI, “Operation Chromite” was the code name for the battle, a 1950 United Nations military operation planned and executed by MacArthur that helped turn the tide of the Korean War.
The film – which is tentatively scheduled to come sometime before middle of next year – will focus on eight Korean troop members and the key roles they played in the battle.
