The Peacock is coming alive with The Sound of Music next month, and, well…the talent behind the three-hour staging are promising a night that is going to be a lot of fun.
Cast members Carrie Underwood, Stephen Moyer, Audra McDonald, Laura Benanti, and Christian Borle are hard at work rehearsing because, as Underwood, who is playing Maria, points out, “nobody does stuff like this” anymore.
Nobody puts on such a show for one night only on TV anymore.
