Tony-nominated cutie-patootie Jonathan Groff got a taste of TV stardom when he guested on the halcyon days of TV’s Glee.
And now, Lea Michele’s real-life BFF (and Zachary Quinto’s ex) is about to become a cable superstar thanks to the upcoming new gay-themed show Looking, which is just weeks away from premiering on HBO.
Set in San Francisco, the show will zero in on three friends – one in his twenties, another in his thirties, and the last one, played by Aussie Murray Bartlett, in his forties (already a huge fan of that one!), if memory of what I’ve read about it serves – and the overwhelming relationship options that are available to them (like finding a roommate on OKCupid and open relationships).
Check out the first trailer for Looking, which will premiere on Jan. 19.
