Louis Vuitton’s New Man

Almost a year after his departure from Balenciaga was announced, the fashion world has come to find out that, as widely speculated, especially in recent weeks, Nicholas Ghesquière will be landing at…Louis Vuitton.

That’s right, the French-born designer is taking over for Marc Jacobs, who said au revoir to the legendary fashion house after 16 years just last month.

Ghesquière will serve as the new creative director for Louis Vuitton, where he will oversee the women’s collection.

His first LV line is set to debut in March.
