See, Daniel Radcliffe was one – to play Freddie Mercury. Until he said he couldn’t be.
Dominic Cooper’s name also has been part of that casting conversation. Don’t know what happened with that one, although I am guessing not much since now we’re talking about Ben Whishaw as the potential star of an in-the-works biopic of the late frontman of Queen.
The Skyfall actor reportedly is the favorite option of Mercury’s bandmates Brian May and Roger Taylor, who have approval on this sort of matter.
Guess we shall wait and see what shakes, huh.
