The X-Men: Apocalypse star has been tapped to headline MacGyver, the reimagining of the vintage TV show that CBS is prepping for the new season.

Hey. Maybe, he can retrofit originality from within the belly of the beast?

Anyway. George Eads and Joshua Boone (Fan Girl) are set to co-star.
