Following his DUI from last week, Khloé Kardashian’s NBA-playing other half reportedly has checked himself into rehab seeking help for his alcohol and drug abuse.
Hope he gets it together.

Just a day after checking himself into rehab (the morning of Sept. 4), Lamar Odom left his facility of choice the afternoon of Sept. 5.
