Reese Witherspoon’s detour toward Dramaville will not turn into a permanent move.

The actress is eyeing a supporting part in The Engagements, an adaptation of J. Courtney Sullivan book that’s arriving in shelves this summer.

The movie will be a decades-spanning ensemble following five relationships and the diamond engagement ring that connects them all together throughout the years, from the 1930s to now.

Witherspoon is so keen on the project that she is also looking to serves as a producer on the movie.
