Kate Beckinsale will play the death-dealing vamp Selene in a fifth Underworld movie, which will be directed by a woman, Anna Foerster (Starz’s Outlander) for the very first time in the franchise’s 12-year history. Beckinsale is returning to the fold after skipping 2009’s Underworld: Rise of the Lycans.

Production is set to begin this October in Prague...and Imma gonna guess the movie will come out some time late summer/early fall next year.
