Life post-Mad Men’s looking good for Jon Hamm.
The Golden Globe winner has lined up a political action thriller from writer-director Tony Gilroy (Michael Clayton, The Bourne Ultimatum) titled High Wire Act as one of his gigs to follow up his hit AMC show.
Betcha the all-female Ghostbusters will be another.... Kristen Wiig’s gonna need herself a stud to smooch on, after all.
But I digress.
Brad Anderson (The Call, Transsiberian) will direct the 1980’s-Beirut-set story, which will have Hamm as a former U.S. diplomat who is called back into service to save an old colleague from the group that may have done in his own family in the past.
