Sophomore X-fort

The mutants will be seen again.

Oh yeah – we haven’t seen the last of James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender’s young Professor X and Magneto from X-Men: First Class. Producer Bryan Singer (you know, the mastermind behind the first couple of X movies) has confirmed that, yes, a follow-up is in the works for a July 2014.

Cautious excitement is in the air because the prequel’s sequel’s title refers to a seminal time-travel story in the X-Men lore that was released back in the ’80s...and y’all know the problems that time travel brings about....

No? Well then GTS because I just don’t know where to begin to help you understand.

Thankfully, I know exactly what this storyline is about. Basically, it's a future where Xavier was murdered and Magneto becomes leader of the X-Men in memory of his fallen friend. It's actually a VERY good storyline. Characters you thought once were good, are now bad, and vice versa.
