OMG, It’s Noah

Check it out, you guys – it’s Russell Crowe as Noah.

This is the first official image of the Oscar winner in character for director Darren Aronofsky, who’s directing Noah based on the biblical account of Noah’s journey – you know the one.

The spring 2014 release reunites Crowe with his Beautiful Mind wife, Jennifer Connelly, who plays his on-screen spouse once again, and co-stars Anthony Hopkins as Methusaleh, Logan Lerman as one of Noah’s sons, and, at last check, Emma Watson.

The production promises to be quite epic in scale, so, obviously, I can’t wait.
