Finding Nemo might be getting a sequel, y’all.

Since that his live-action screen debut, John Carter, was a critical and commercial bust, director Andrew Stanton is diving back into the animation world and is said to be developing a sequel to his Oscar-winning 2003 hit.

Neither Disney nor Pixar has confirmed the news, but interest may be in drumming-up mode: Finding Nemo is set to be re-released, in 3-D, this fall.

Ellen DeGeneres better be ready to reprise her role as Dory is all have to say.
