Jennifer Lopez is doing it for the ladies.
The multi-hyphenate is developing a new hour-long drama for ABC Family about a lesbian couple that adds another kid onto their already-crowded household when they take in a wayward teenaged girl.
One of these ladies is a cop, while the other is a private school teacher. Together, they have a biological son and adopted twins (a boy and a girl).
La Lopez not only had her eyes set on producing but on making the occasional guesting appearance, so you can expect a hands-on approach when it comes to this one.
Good for her for putting her back into a project that showcases how American families come in every color, shape, and form.
