Jeremy Renner, whose summer is about to get interesting now that The Bourne Legacy is like, weeks away from opening date, is already looking ahead at the future.
The Oscar-nominated actor is talking to David O. Russell about joining Bradley Cooper in his new untitled drama f.n.a. American Bulls---.
Based on a true story, the project centers on a con man (to be played by the Sexiest Man Alive) compelled to work with the FBI agent (that’d be Renner) who captured him in a far-reaching sting op o.k.a. Abscam.
Evidently, Christian Bale was supposed to play Cooper’s role first, with Cooper taking on the part of the agent, but that all changed when Bale left the movie.
