Justin Hartley is bound for Burbank.

The actor a.k.a. Green Arrow from TV’s Smallville will appear on the second episode of the upcoming fifth and final season of Chuck, as the innocent kidnapped little brother of Lost’s Jeff Fahey, who will also guest, as an allegedly shady businessman.

Mark Hamill and Carrie-Anne Moss also have signed on to turn up and help out (or not) as Chuck & Co. spy into the sunset.
