QR codes...I gotta admit I didn’t get them at first, but I’ve been using them a little for my real job, and I can sorta see their appeal (in small doses).Now some clever Hollywood marketer has gone and posterized the tech for the Martha Marcy May Marlene, an upcoming, Sundance-adored indie hit starring newcomer Elizabeth Olsen (yep, sister of MK and Ash) and Winter’s Bone Oscar nominee John Hawkes.
The film tells the story of a damaged young woman (Olsen) who struggles to readapt to live with her family after fleeing a cult (she goes with Martha with some folks, Marcy May among her fellow cult followers, and Marlene with other people).
