Lindsay Wins Some, Loses Some

And the Lindsay Lohan Saga keeps getting more pretzel-y.

Just days after booking a two-picture deal (including a role as Kim Gotti in Gotti: Three Generations), L2 saw her grand felony charge reduced to a misdemeanor...and her cute little butt sent to jail for 120 days for violating her parole. She also has to complete 480 hours of community service.

Oh yeah – the judge was not amused by the “brazenness” she perceived, which, granted, Lohan gives out in a major way.

Don’t worry, though. Because of overcrowding and all those reasons that would never apply to any Jack or Jane on the street, Lohan has been released after posting bail.

Girlfriend is due back in court to appeal the ruling next month.
