An Interesting Move

Kate Hudson is set to join Something Borrowed, an upcoming rom-com starring the most adorably inspired pairing of Ginnifer Goodwin and John Krasinski.

The interesting thing is Hudson would be playing…the supporting role of Goodwin’s best friend.

Alright, so the part is slightly more significant, since she’d be the woman for whose boyfriend her BFF falls and goes after.

But still – it ain’t the lead. And that’s kinda major considering Hudson’s an actress who has made rom-coms her bread and butter. Or tried to with mixed results.

Work is work, though, and she’s probably the gal for the part.
