She’s Having His Baby?

Jennifer Aniston – love her! – may be back in theaters with today’s so-so-looking The Bounty Hunter, but…we can already look into the future at her next project, the late-summer entry The Switch.

Aniston stars as an unmarried thirtysomething (for whatever crazy reason) who turns to a turkey baster in order to become pregnant. Seven years later, she reunites with her best friend (Jason Bateman), who has been living with a secret: he replaced her preferred sperm sample with his own.

The movie, f.k.a. The Baster, comes “from the people who brought you Juno and Little Miss Sunshine.”

I hope that’s not just lip service, but from the looks of this trailer…I don’t know. It’s vibing like those two indie hits, but I have doubts:



I’ll see it, though, because of Aniston and Bateman (bonus point: Patrick Wilson plays what seems like a pivotal role)

The Switch is due out in August.
