The Leftovers actor has been called upon to join Michael, as the second bf of Franco’s character, who already has a a bf in Zachary Quinto’s character.
They’re all in one of ’em throuples, y’ see. Well...were.
Michael is the in-the-works adaptation of this New York Times Magazine article, about this formerly gung-ho gay who renounces homosexuality to become a Christian minister in Wyoming. Which breaks Carver’s character’s heart in a particular way ’cause he is younger and all that much in love with the guy.
Gus Van Sant is producing the film, which also will feature Emma Roberts as Franco’s new girlfriend.
