The actor – who seems to be all about location, location, location when it comes to picking a show to star on (he did get his start on The O.C., after all) – will play James Gordon on the in-the-works new Fox show centering on the man who will become one of Batman’s main allies, the one, the only Commissioner Gordon.
Gotham will be mostly about McKenzie’s character, as well as about the origins of the villains that made the comic-book city such a fertile ground for Caped Crusading.
