The Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom star has signed on to join Noomi Rapace in Alive Alone, a New York-set drama in which he’ll play a former Gitmo detainee who becomes a taxi driver.
Rapace will co-star as a Big Apple pro he meets while out on a run, and who is on the run from a feared crime boss to be portrayed by Sam Worthington.
And, yeah…as you can imagine, the two find solace and salvation in each other.
