Ryan Gosling has decided to stay in front of the camera for now.The actor was planning on making his directorial debut with The Idolmaker, the story of rock promoter and producer Bob Marcucci, but it seems he has had to pull out of the project due to scheduling conflicts.
Makes sense since the much-in-demand hottie will spend the summer and early fall promoting Crazy, Stupid, Love and Drive. He recently finished working on George Clooney’s The Ides of March. And he just signed on to co-star opposite Bradley Cooper in The Place Beyond the Pines.
