The mystery has been solved by the magic of patience.J.K. Rowling announced this morning that the launched-last-week Pottermore Web site will serve as an e-bookstore for her seven Harry Potter books beginning in October.
Yes, after years of holding out, Rowling is letting the Wizard go digital, y’all.
The tomes will be available as audiobooks and e-books in multiple languages through the interactive site, which also will feature 18,000 words of new Potter material.
Pottermore will combine elements of computer games, social networking, and, of course, an online store. It goes live on July 31. So get...register so you can be part of the e-magic!
