This December, Ron Howard will follow up his Da Vinci Code with Frost/Nixon, a dramatic retelling of the post-Watergate television interviews between British talk-show host David Frost and former president Richard Nixon.
Frank Langella, a Tony Award winner for his turn in the original stage production in 2007, portrays Nixon, while The Queen’s Michael Sheen (who should’ve been nominated for and Oscar for playing Tony Blair in that film) portrays Frost.
Frost/Nixon, which looks like an exhilarating piece of history on film, was written by Peter Morgan. It opens in limited release on Dec. 5.
