The multi-hyphenate has signed on to lead 11/22/63, a J.J. Abrams-produced time travel thriller based on the 2011 Stephen King novel, the self-contained story of which (about preventing the JFK assassination) will serve as the blueprint for the first season. Any potential subsequent season would presumable focus on different historic events.
