That long-awaited X-Files reunion that y’all have been clamoring for is coming up next for and on Fox.
Indeed, the network announced this week that the oh-so-game David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson will be reprising their star-making roles as agents Mulder and Scully on a six-episode event series overseen by the show’s mastermind, Chris Carter. This 13 years after the show wrapped up its original nine-season run.
The reboot will shoot this summer for, I presume, a midseason berth.
